The Arkansas PBS Foundation will use donor-provided information only for Arkansas PBS communications. We will never share any of your information with any other organization.

Mailing Policy

The Arkansas PBS Foundation is a 501c(3) not-for-profit organization providing non-governmental support to the Arkansas Educational Telecommunications Network. The Arkansas PBS Foundation will adhere to all federal, state, and local laws.

The Arkansas PBS Foundation will also comply with the Corporation for Public Broadcasting guidelines for list activities. These guidelines require Arkansas PBS to annually certify compliance with laws and regulations of the Internal Revenue Service regarding tax-exempt status and with all federal laws and regulations governing political activity and lobbying.

As an institution of public service based on the voluntary financial support of Arkansans, the Arkansas PBS Foundation will follow these guidelines for the use(s) of mail lists:

  • The Arkansas PBS Foundation will not sell, rent, lease, trade, loan, donate, transfer, or exchange the membership contribution list.
  • The Arkansas PBS Foundation will not rent or purchase any mailing list that is politically affiliated including, but not limited to political organizations, campaigns, and committees.
  • The Arkansas PBS Foundation will ensure that any company doing business with Arkansas PBS will adhere to and abide by these policies.
  • The Arkansas PBS Foundation will also ensure that any company doing business with Arkansas PBS which requires said company to have access to Arkansas PBS's membership contribution list will return any printed copies or computer discs containing Arkansas PBS's membership contribution list to Arkansas PBS upon completion of the job.
  • The Arkansas PBS Foundation will also ensure that any company doing business with Arkansas PBS which requires said company to have access to Arkansas PBS's membership contribution list will use said list only for services agreed upon.
